DESCRIPTION:If your goals are to move your body more\, try new things\, or meet new people and make friends this year! We know it can be intimidating to start a new gym or fitness class so that’s why we’ve partnered with local fitness groups to continue our Wiseacre Workout Series! You can try a new class and meet new people almost every Saturday! The best part? These classes FREE and beginner friendly! All classes are hosted on Saturdays at 10am (unless stated otherwise) at our Downtown location! For most classes all you need is yourself\, some clothes you can sweat in\, and a yoga mat! Stay for Hoppy Hour after class and enjoy 10% off your draft beer tab! \nSign up here! \nUpcoming Class Schedule: \nSEPTEMBER \n\n9/26 – Training by Kendyll\n\nJoin us for a 60-minute outdoor functional strength workout designed for all fitness levels! We’ll be using kettlebells\, resistance bands\, and other functional training equipment for a fun\, full-body session. Wear tennis shoes / breathable workout clothes\, bring a water bottle\, towel\, exercise mat\, and a change of clothes with an extra towel if you’d like to take advantage of SweatHouz’s cold plunge after class. Weather permitting\, we’ll be outside—come ready to move\, sweat\, and have a great time!\n\n\n\nOCTOBER \n\n10/3 – Grit Group Fitness\n\nGrit Group Fitness Core Strength. Strengthen your abs\, glutes\, shoulders\, and back using small controlled movements and resistance bands (provided). All levels welcome\, whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your fitness. Participants will need a mat\, but Grit Group Fitness can bring any other equipment and a portable speaker.\n\n\n10/17 – Sana Yoga\n\nThis class will combine the best of both worlds to give you the best sweat\, detox\, stretch\, burn and workout that you’ve ever had! All you will need is a mat\, towel\, water and some clothes you can move and sweat in.\n\n\n10/24 – Club Pilates\n\nGet ready for a fun & energizing 30-minute\, low-impact\, full-body workout. You’ll want to wear breathable\, form-fitting clothing. Please bring your mat\, towel\, water bottle!\n\n\n10/31 – Mind/Body Haus-Pilates\n\nmind/body HAUS will bring their incredible pilates program to Wiseacre on Halloween.
