The WISEACRE Key Accounts Manager acts as the primary conduit between WISEACRE and its various Key Retail Partners. The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for hitting all Key Account deadlines, managing the communication flow between WISEACRE and its Key Retailers, communicating all tactical action items to wholesalers through and with Market Managers and create meaningful programs to help WISEACRE’s Key Retailers succeed.
Include the following and may include additional assigned duties:
Supports the WISEACRE Brewing Company core values
Develop a complete knowledge of WISEACRE’s Key Account Retailers and their specific needs
Develop Key Accounts work flow to manage:
Manage Communication from conception to completion on any WISEACRE initiatives, this communication includes:
Manage programming budgets with Sales Manager, Sales Director and CFO
Create relationships with new Key Account Retailers in 4 major categories:
Spearhead the execution of add/delete resets from initial communication to final confirmation
In order to be a successful Key Accounts Manager, an individual must be able to:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or one-two years of industry experience; or one-two years of industry training; or an equivalent combined experience
Ability to read and understand procedural manuals, operational manuals, safety rules, employee handbooks, and specific instructions
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide; work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; ability to work with percentages, ratios, markup, and GM
In market environment will be in and out of vehicles, in and out of stores, bars, restaurants and warehouses, mostly quiet, hours at rest with admin duties, hours in front of a computer at times, hours standing – sometimes long hours. At the Brewery, the environment will be in an office, taproom and/or production setting. While in production, all regulations need to be followed.
