Sky D’Apple

50% slammable and delicious lager mixed with 50% snappy cider equals 100% applesfaction. South African cider apples completed their voyage to Memphis and landed in our favorite summer beer. This version of Sky Dog is a bit more tart, and somehow even easier to drink than the original. Expect the classic lager beer profile to be a bit understated, giving way to gentle apple flavors and a zing of acidity. A perfect mash up for our 13th birthday!
