Calculator 101: Applied Doppelbock Mathematics

Join WISEACRE co-owner and brewer Davin Bartosch and Chief Operating Officer Amanda Thompson for a highly educational, moderately mathematical, and entirely unserious exploration of WISEACRE’s Calculator beers.
We’ll cover the questionable mathematics of beer genetics, the exponential benefits of barrel aging, and the cold, hard science of eisbock.
Along the way, students will put their knowledge (and elementary-school math skills) to the test through pop quizzes, classroom competitions, and opportunities to win some seriously good beer.
Your $35 tuition includes:

No advanced math skills required. Writing materials provided. Calculators prohibited.
