The resulting beer is a cardigan of many colors that draws a fine line between tasty pink drink and pinkies out fancy pants that is definitely a sign of the times. Despite the appearance there are no watermelon, sugar, or other additives in this Belgo-American new age sour beer that works well at the beach or with music for a sushi restaurant.
