If your goals are to move your body more, try new things, or meet new people and make friends this year! We know it can be intimidating to start a new gym or fitness class so that’s why we’ve partnered with local fitness groups to continue our Wiseacre Workout Series! You can try a new class and meet new people almost every Saturday! The best part? These classes FREE and beginner friendly! All classes are hosted on Saturdays at 10am (unless stated otherwise) at our Downtown location! For most classes all you need is yourself, some clothes you can sweat in, and a yoga mat! Stay for Hoppy Hour after class and enjoy 10% off your draft beer tab!

APRIL

  • 4/18 – The Well Pilates – Sculpt Class
    • Join us for one of our signature Sculpt classes — a dynamic, full-body experience that blends classical Pilates foundations with modern strength and intentional, low-impact intensity. The Well has created its own unique class formatting designed to build deep strength, improve mobility, and deliver a powerful, athletic flow — without sacrificing form or purpose. Bring water and a mat if you have one!
  • 4/25 – Sana Yoga
    • This class will combine the best of both worlds to give you the best sweat, detox, stretch, burn and workout that you’ve ever had! All you will need is a mat, towel, water and some clothes you can move and sweat in.

MAY

  • 5/2 – GRIT Group Fitness
    • Grit Group Fitness Core Strength. Strengthen your abs, glutes, shoulders, and back using small controlled movements and resistance bands (provided). All levels welcome, whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your fitness. Participants will need a mat, but I can bring any other equipment and a portable speaker.
  • 5/16 – Sana Yoga
    • This class will combine the best of both worlds to give you the best sweat, detox, stretch, burn and workout that you’ve ever had! All you will need is a mat, towel, water and some clothes you can move and sweat in.

JUNE

  • 6/13 – Sana Yoga
    • This class will combine the best of both worlds to give you the best sweat, detox, stretch, burn and workout that you’ve ever had! All you will need is a mat, towel, water and some clothes you can move and sweat in.

JULY

  • 7/11 – Neighborhood Barre
    • NEIGHBORHOOD barre is a unique workout that combines the elements of dance conditioning, pilates, and resistance training to sculpt and tone the entire body. Our Method primarily uses small isometric movements with optional full-body elements to increase mobility and core strength.
  • 7/18 – Club Pilates
    • Get ready for a fun & energizing 30-minute, low-impact, full-body workout. You’ll want to wear breathable, form-fitting clothing. Please bring your mat, towel, water bottle!

AUGUST

  • 8/8 – Club Pilates
    • Get ready for a fun & energizing 30-minute, low-impact, full-body workout. You’ll want to wear breathable, form-fitting clothing. Please bring your mat, towel, water bottle!
