Our standard for high-quality products extends to everything we produce, not just beer. Little Bettie is our world-class pizza kitchen, opened in 2020, and was recently featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives!
We serve New Haven-style pizza & snacks Tuesday through Sunday and are located within WISEACRE's Downtown Taproom. The HQ brewery sits on what was once called “Little Bettie Bayou,” which inspired the name of the pizzeria. Rachel Briggs, the talented artist behind WISEACRE's brand, imagined Bettie as a vagabond gal ruling the bayou roost along with her woodland creature pals in this marsh of yesteryear.

The entrance to the HQ Taproom/ Little Bettie is located on the East side of the building. Parking is available on the South side of the building. Overflow parking can be found on Able Street or E. Butler Ave, but please do not park on BB King Blvd. Kindly avoid blocking or parking in our loading dock area.
